The Singuang Ferry Wharf is located in Lingya District of Kaohsiung, next to the Kaohsiung 85 Sky Tower on Singuang Road. The Coastal Park and Singuang Avenue are two major attractions in this area. It also includes a paddling pool. Many grand events were previously taken place here, such as the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party, Kaohsiung lantern Festival and Kaohsiung International Container Arts Festival. The Kaohsiung Toot-toot train for sightseeing tourists used to stop at Singguang Ferry Wharf. This is also a place where loving couples usually go. The lightings in this area create incredible night views. At the Kaohsiung Fisherman’s Wharf, where there are cafe and food stalls serving local Taiwanese cuisines, is a nice place for bay scenery and to watch container ships, cruise liners or naval ships coming and going. It is a place very suitable for couples, friends and family gatherings and tourists.
